David J. Franzmathes represents rights of New Jersey employees in all aspects of employment law.

As a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Franzmathes is focused on the legal needs of each of his clients. As an employment attorney, he has litigated sexual harassment, FMLA, whistleblower, discrimination, retaliation, and wage theft matters. Throughout his career, he has assisted victims of age, disability, sex, and race discrimination. Mr. Franzmathes has also familiarized himself with all aspects of the unemployment process.

Mr. Franzmathes received his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from The College of New Jersey. He then went on to graduate from Seton Hall Law School. While in law school, Mr. Franzmathes interned for the Honorable Ester Salas, in the District of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, Mr. Franzmathes participated in mediation practicum, wherein he represented pro se litigants in employment matters for the limited scope purpose of mediation in federal court.

I highly recommend the office of Smith Eibeler for employment related issues, particularly anything related to restrictive covenants or post-employment contracts.
