Ms. Peyser represents employees in all aspects of employment law including claims of unlawful terminations, sexual harassment, LGBTQ discrimination, disability discrimination, Family Medical Leave Act, New Jersey Family Leave Act, hostile work environment, and whistle blower retaliation. Ms. Peyser also represents unemployed persons who are wrongfully denied their right to unemployment benefits in their initial determination or appeals of the denial of benefits.

Ms. Peyser is a court-qualified mediator qualified pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 1:40-10. Ms. Peyser has successfully mediated a variety of disputes, including contract, family and commercial related matters.

Prior to her career in law, Ms. Peyser was a Director of Systems for New York Life Insurance Company in New York City, in which she gained valuable business and management experience.

I highly recommend the office of Smith Eibeler for employment related issues, particularly anything related to restrictive covenants or post-employment contracts.
