
Devin T. Russo
AssociateDevin T. Russo is a zealoust and impassioned advocate for New Jersey employees who works on a wide variety of employment litigation matters including: unemployment, whistleblower retaliation, wage theft, discrimination, retaliation and unpaid commissions.
Devin is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Political Science and a minor in History after only three years. Devin then attended and graduated from American University Washington College of Law.
While at American University, Devin served as the Treasurer then as the Chairman of the Energy Law and Policy Society. Devin was a refounding member of the Labor and Employment Law Society, and was also a Senior Staffer at American University's National Security Law Brief.
While in law school, Devin gained valuable insight and experience while working for the Department of Transportation, Pipelines and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (“PHMSA”) for the entirety of his last year as a student. During his time at PHMSA, Devin garnered a strong understanding of regulatory procedures and formulation. While at PHMSA, Devin worked in a wide variety of legal practice areas including: regulatory compliance and enforcement, administrative law, environmental law, and employment law.
